My son has had a week of private half hour lessons as a complete beginner. I'm stunned by how much progress he's made, and he's enjoyed every minute of it. The teaching has been superb, and the pony was really well chosen for him. A huge thank you to all involved.

I'm a 14 year old that identify's as transgender which is extremely hard especially as I suffer with Depression, anxiety and ptsd. I found this riding school such a calm and welcoming place! The 90 minute hack out was absolutely amazing, after having a nice big canter on the sandy track area I felt so refreshed and for once had everything off my mind and didn't worry about anything! Will definitely be coming again soon!

Have been coming here since last November after a gap of 35 years from learning to ride. The instructors and other staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I am progressing well due to their encouragement and patience. It is also in a lovely location. It gives me something to look forward to every week which is helping my mental health and anxiety.

Iken Bay Livery was such a find. What started off as riding lessons for my daughter because lessons for me and now a very happy horse on grass livery. It’s just a mile to fantastic riding in Tunstall Forest and an enclosed school for lessons or when the weather is not your friend. Iken has a great team. Recommended!

Great place for livery, lessons and hacking. As a first time horse owner I could not have found a better place, the support, horse care and knowledge of the staff is amazing. My daughter and pony would not be where they are now had it not been for the Iken team. Highly recommended.

My horse gets the best possible care at Iken Bay, whether the horses are big or small, fine or fluffy they all receive the care that is best for them. The animal welfare is placed well above making a profit. Keep up the great work Team Iken.

My horses are kept here, the staff are lovely and helpful. The yard its self is great and is surrounded by amazing hacking. Brilliant place to take lessons and everyone is really friendly.

I rode through the forest on a couple of hacks and thought it was fantastic. The horse I had was very comfortable, forward-going when I asked for a canter and the heather in the forest was beautiful. A great chat too!
